Handmade Greetings Boxed Cards - Three Snowmen

Few winter figures are as cheerful as the snowman, and few have had a longer run in holiday music. In 1950, Gene Autry recorded "Frosty the Snowman," a song written by Steve Nelson and Jack Rollins, and its tale of a jolly, magical snowman who came to life on a winter day became a seasonal classic. Snowmen have shown up in winter art and folklore for centuries, but Frosty gave them a permanent place in the Christmas songbook.

This card brings three of these friends together on a mint-green background dusted with white glitter snow. Each snowman stands on a raised snowy ledge, and their dimensional bodies cast soft shadows across the card. The first wears a red-and-white striped cap with a pink pompom, the second wears a green cap with a red pompom, and the third sports a pink patterned cap with a green pompom. Bright scarves and buttons in red, green, and black add to the cheerful scene.

Inside, the verse reads: "'Tis the season for love and laughter. Happy Holidays!"
